How to Purchase Jimbo's
The Jimbos range of Pet food can be found in the chilled pet food section of your local supermarket countrywide. It needs to be kept refrigerated and has a shelf life of 12 days from the date of manufacture.
Jimbos cat food comes in 6 varieties available from your supermarket, Pure Beef, Pure Veal, Steak and Kidney (using beef and beef kidney), Hearty Beef, Supreme, and Jimbos Original (using horse meat). The Pure Beef, Pure Veal, Steak and Kidney and Hearty Beef come in 500gram and 1 kilo packs, the Original and Supreme in 500 grams only. Jimbos also has 3 varieties of fresh meat dog food, phone us for stockists or ask at your local supermarket for it.
For a medium sized cat we recommend feeding 100grams of Jimbos/day so that’s 5 days feeding from 1 container making Jimbos an economical option as well as a healthy and nutritious one.
The bulk of the product produced by Jimbos is locally sourced and processed fresh daily. All meat is sourced form licensed premises.
Home Delivery
The Home Delivery service was established in 1981, to provide dog and cat breeders in
the Auckland region with top quality frozen and fresh raw pet food door to door. The business has grown over the years and we now freight product to businesses throughout the North and South Island, including supplying fresh meat petfoods to zoo’s in the North Island.
With our noticable JIMBO'S delivery truck we offer a service to the many passionate pet lovers in Auckland ($35 minimum purchase required). Our home delivery service is second to none!
Please note that we can deliver outside the Auckland metropolitan area but delivery charges may apply and we do require a commercial address to deliver the product to.

If you wish to purchase online, please be aware, you will be required to Create An Account. Once you make a purchase, our Customer Service team will be in contact to confirm the order and payment method.

All meat is processed fresh in our factory, packaged in 1 & 2 kilogram plastic bags and then frozen. A number of products are available fresh. Most product is available as individual bags or in 10 x 2 kg and 20 x 1 kg cartons. Orders are made up during the day prior to delivery and transported in specialist refrigerated trucks.
Orders may be placed by Email Form, Fax Form or phone. We need your name, customer number, product requirements and the scheduled delivery date. However, orders must be received for processing by the day prior to delivery and:-
before 1:00 pm for customers in the Auckland region.
before 11:00 am for all customers outside of Auckland metro.
order to be in to office 2 days prior to delivery for customers who require FRESH product.
Please note, however, we are not able to deliver FRESH product on Mondays.
Customers may also place 'Standing Order' for deliveries weekly, fortnightly, 3 or 4 weekly or monthly.
