Home Delivery

Our home delivery service is second to none! Delivery to Auckland areas is free provided you spend $40.00 at a time on each order,however we cannot specify an exact delivery time. All the meat is in plain plastic bags with the exception of the Purely Pets Freeflow patties. To order, simply click on accounts and sign up as a new customer with a password you have created. Once you have done this, you can choose the products you would like. You can then pay on line using a credit card or bank into our account - whatever is easiest for you! If you wish to pay by direct credit, please use your name as a reference. The bank account number is listed on this page. Aucklanders can pay when goods are delivered by cash or by cheque. Deliveries outside of Auckland will have a freight charge - this will be automatically added to your order. For any troubleshooting, please phone Lorraine on 0800PETFOOD and she will help you thorugh the steps.

Delivery Times

For deliveries we require 48 working hours notice, and orders for fresh product are required before 9:30am on the order day as below:

NB: Miniumum order is now $40.00 for Auckland deliveries only.

For Deliveries Monday: Your order is required before 1pm on Thursday prior.

For deliveries Tuesday: Your order is required before 1pm Friday prior.

For deliveries Wednesday: Your order is required before 1pm Monday.

For deliveries Thursday: Your order is required before 1pm Tuesday.

For Deliveries Friday: Your order is required before 1pm Wednesday.

Please note that Freight charges DO apply to areas outside of Auckland and for these deliveries we need a commercial address supplied for delivery purposes.

Delivery days as follows:

Monday:

Tuesday; South Auckland, City, East and Franklin. NB: Some of these may be carried over to Wednesday depending on how heavy the load is!

Wednesday: Franklin and parts of East Auckland with Manurewa, Papatoetoe and Papakura.

Thursday/Monday; West Auckland.(ask Lorraine what day your area will fall in)

Friday; North Shore.

First Friday of the month; Kaukapakapa and Whangaparoa.

Third Friday of the month; Helensville.

Christmas Home Deliveries:

Delivery as normail fo rweek commencing 19.12.11 to 23.12.11

Delivery for catteries, kennel, wholesale and Vet customers for week 28.12.11 to 30.12.11 and 04.01.12 to 06.01.12.

Home deliveries recommense 06.01.12

Normal deliveries commence 09.01.12.

Out of Auckland delivery last 21st December recommenses 30th December.

Payments: All goods are to be paid for prior to delivery. If an order confirmation has been received but your account is in arrears, the product will be held until the account is brought up to date.

To visit us at our shop, our physical address is: Top of the hill, Bombay. If you are coming from the North, follow the motorway past the Bombay/ Pukekohe exit through to Nikau road exit 474. Turn right over the bridge and then right back onto the motorway going North. Our driveway is located about 200 mtrs once you are back on the motorway - you will see a bright pink and yellow sign in a paddock before the driveway.
