Delivery Times

Orders for fresh product, (for all areas) need to be in 2 days prior to delivery!  (These orders need to be in to the office by 3:00pm!!!

For frozen product (for Auckland deliveries only) the orders have to be in no later than 1pm the day prior to delivery.  These orders must also reach a value of $35.00.

For customers outside of Auckland, frozen product orders need to be in by 11am and no later than this for delivery the next day!

Please note that Freight charges DO apply to areas outside of Auckland and for these deliveries we need a commercial address supplied for delivery purposes.

Dear Customers,

We wish to advise you of a change in the way we accept orders for home delivery.

As a business, we are continuing to grow and we are constantly looking for efficiencies in our business and strive to be accurate in the delivery of our product and services.  Of late time constraints for both producing and compiling orders are occurring and the resulting poor performance on occassions has led us to make the adjustments for placing orders as detailed below!  We thank you for your continued custom and trust that the system below is acceptable and look forward to delivering an improved service from its implementation.

These changes will come into effect as from 3rd September 2010.

For deliveries we will require 48 working hours notice;

Orders for fresh product are required before 9:30am on the order day as below.

For deliveries due Tuesday: Your order is required Friday prior.

For deliveries due Wednesday: Your order is required Monday.

For deliveries due Thursday: Your order is required Tuesday.

For deliveries due Friday: Your order is required Wednesday.
