Chicken contains many essentail fatty acids that are an important part of a healthy diet for cats and dogs.  Because of the ground up carcass it will also benefit your pet by giving it a supply of calcium etc..  Chicken is a great product to feed to pets who suffer with skin allergies.  Should be fed raw but can be used as a cook up.  Cooking will destroy many of the nutrients and vitamins present.
