Goat meat, also known as Chevron in northern Europe is the rising star in the ‘red meat’ world.  Goat meat has a similar protein structure to Beef but much less lower in fat than lamb or veal.  It has high levels of mono and polyunsaturated fat (unsaturated fat).  It has higher levels of iron, potassium and thiamine but with less sodium than beef, lamb and veal.  Each pattie is 65grams in weight.
